When my husband and I decided to do some home renovations we called and met with 5 different flooring companies that all had great reviews, even some that came highly recommended. I cannot say enough great things about Eti and AA Flooring. From the first meeting I knew she was different. AA Flooring is her business and she really cares about her customers unlike some of these large corporations that treat you like just a job. We had some issues with our floors as they were unlevel so we decided to go with LVT but I really had my heart set on this gorgeous laminate she brought as a sample. I had a hard time making up my mind and she was so incredibly patient with me. She took the time to meet with me several times that fit my schedule and many texts/phone calls. The day before the flooring was supposed to be installed, we uncovered some things with our existing flooring and we completely changed plans. Eti was so easy to work with and understanding as I felt bad for changing the plan last minute. She made everything so crazy easy and made me feel so secure. We ended up installing the laminate flooring I originally fell in love with! We also had some weirdness around our patio doors and she came by to figure out a solution with her installers that made everything look better than I could have ever imagined. We also got brand new carpet upstairs in the bedrooms and worked with us on the carpet we wanted within our budget. Eti is amazing and goes above and beyond. When you’re doing any changes to your home, it’s so incredibly stressful and she will do everything to make it easy for you. I wish I had another house just so I can work with her again. I’m pretty hard to please and very nitpicky but our new carpet and flooring is absolutely gorgeous and was installed with care. She’s the best, seriously. Look no further for any carpet or flooring needs. Her prices are extremely competitive and will work with you on your budget to try to get you exactly what you want. Thanks Eti and AA.
